Return and Refund Policy

The products offered by Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL  under the  Consiglieri  and   Consiglieri DONNA brands are made exclusively to order, according to the client's specifications. The final price varies depending on the materials and personalisations chosen.

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014, art. 16 letter c, products made to the client's specifications or clearly personalised  cannot be returned and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Custom Made products

• cannot be returned

• cannot be exchanged

• cannot be refunded
  once the order has been confirmed and the advance payment made.

Products NOT made to order

(where applicable)

• may be returned only if they show no signs of wear, washing or damage

• returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the law

Refusing a Custom Made product

This is possible exclusively if the product:

• does not correspond to the technical sheet

• does not comply with the order form accepted by the client

Any refund, if approved, will be made strictly within the limit of the amount received.
