The website www.consiglieri.ro is operated by Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL.

By accessing the website, booking a showroom appointment or placing an order, the client accepts these terms.

Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of the website www.consiglieri.ro, as well as the conditions applicable to the products and services offered by Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL, hereinafter referred to as „𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢”.

By accessing the website, interacting with the presentation materials, booking a showroom appointment and/or placing an order, the client confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted this document.

1. The specific nature of the products – Custom Made

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 is a brand specialised in made-to-order garments (Custom Made).

The products:

  • are made individually, exclusively for each client

  • are personalised based on the measurements, materials and details chosen

  • are not mass-produced and cannot be resold or reused

By their nature, Custom Made products are final, and the client assumes responsibility for all choices made at the time the order is placed.

All 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 garments are made exclusively Custom Made, to order, according to the client's specifications.
The final price varies depending on the materials and personalisations chosen.

Custom Made products

  • are made exclusively to order

  • are final

  • cannot be modified once production has started

  • the order becomes firm upon payment of the 50% advance

2. Samples, stock and fabric availability

Not all fabrics presented:

  • in the showroom (sample books)

  • on the website

  • on social media channels or in advertising materials

are permanently in stock.

The client will be explicitly informed before placing the order whether a particular fabric is available or not. The unavailability of a fabric does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

3. The role of images and presentation materials

The photographs and video materials presented:

  • on the website

  • in advertising campaigns

  • on social media

are strictly inspirational and for presentation purposes.

They may include:

  • professional models

  • dedicated styling

  • controlled lighting and retouching filters

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 does not guarantee absolute identity between the images presented and the final delivered product.

 

4. Products displayed in the showroom

The products displayed in the 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 showroom serve exclusively to present the model, the cut and the materials used in the making of our garments.

The company's commercial concept is Custom Made, which means that every product is made exclusively to order, according to the client's specifications, after individually establishing:

  • the fabric

  • the lining

  • the accessories

  • the execution & design details

  • the body measurements

Under these conditions, the displayed products are not intended for direct sale, but represent presentation models.

The final price of a product cannot be established in advance, as it depends on the client's individual options and the selected materials.

Therefore, the company provides consumers with indicative price information, and the final price is communicated before the order is placed and the offer is accepted.

The resulting products are products personalised according to the consumer's specifications, a category recognised by European and national consumer protection legislation.

As regards care labels, information on the composition and care of the products is provided to the client upon delivery of the product, in accordance with the legal obligations on consumer information.

 

5. Differences in colour, texture and finish

The client understands and accepts that:

  • colours may vary depending on screen and lighting

  • textures may be perceived differently online

  • natural fabrics may show normal variations

For the best accuracy, the materials are presented physically in the showroom by the style consultant.

6. Creases, folds and the natural behaviour of materials

Products made from premium fabrics may show:

  • creases

  • folds

  • natural variations in behaviour

These are normal, inherent to textile materials, and do not constitute defects, especially when compared with professional campaign images.

7. Placing the order and the advance payment

When placing a Custom Made order:

  • an advance of 50% of the total value is paid

  • the order becomes firm on the basis of the fiscal receipt and/or invoice

A placed order cannot be cancelled, and the advance is non-refundable.

Any written confirmation (e-mail) regarding the details of the order is considered official and legal correspondence.

8. Impossibility of modifying the order

Once production has started:

  • the materials, cut or design can no longer be modified

  • subsequent changes are not accepted

  • cancellation of the order cannot be requested

9. Delivery timeframes

The standard production time for a Custom Made product is approximately 30 working days, a timeframe communicated to the client when the order is placed.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, the availability of materials and the production flow.

10. Collection, storage and the right of disposal

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 reserves the right not to store products for more than 6 months, regardless of whether they have been paid for in full.

After this period, the products:

  • may be displayed for sale

  • may be sold in 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 showrooms or other representative locations

Without any obligation to pay additional compensation.

11. Acceptance and refusal of products

Made-to-order products may be refused exclusively if they:

  • do not correspond to the technical sheet

  • do not comply with the order form accepted by the client

Refusals based on subjective preferences or aesthetic perceptions are not accepted.

12. Limitation of liability and maximum damages

The maximum value of damages that may be paid by Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL is strictly limited to the amount received from the respective client.

13. Warranty

The warranty period is 30 days/product, calculated from the date of physical collection from the showroom.

Products (which are not made exclusively to order) cannot be returned if they show:

  • signs of wear

  • washing

  • damage

14. Return policy

In accordance with the legislation in force (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014, art. 16, letter c), made-to-order products are not subject to the right of return.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Romanian law.

Disputes will be resolved:

  • amicably

  • or, failing that, by the competent courts of law in Romania

16. Amendments

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, with the updated version published on the website.
