Official Rules for the "Pasadena 94 Perfume Gift" Promotion

Promotion Organizer

Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL, with headquarters at Aleea Alexandru 7, Sector 1 Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/14504/2013, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", organizes the "Pasadena 94 Perfume Gift" promotion according to the terms and conditions described below.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 01.06.2024 - 01.06.2027.

Eligibility for Participation

The promotion is intended for all customers who:

1. Purchase Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL products worth at least 10,000 RON on a single order.
2. Are recurring customers with a significant purchase history or have a very high lifetime value, as determined by the Organizer.

The Gift

Eligible customers will receive a special edition Pasadena 94 perfume as a gift. The gift is offered as a token of appreciation and loyalty to our brand.

Conditions for Granting

1. For orders over 10,000 RON: The gift will be automatically added to the shopping cart or delivered with the order.
2. For specific situations: The gift will be offered based on an internal evaluation conducted by the Consiglieri Fashion Group SRL team. This evaluation will consider the customer's purchase history and total order value.

Final Provisions

1. Publication of Regulations: The official rules of the promotion will be available on the brand's official website www.consiglieri.ro, on a dedicated promotion page: https://consiglieri.ro/pages/campanie-promotionala-pasadena-94
2. Amendments to the Regulations: The Organizer reserves the right to modify these regulations, with such modifications to be published on the official website www.consiglieri.ro. Any modification becomes effective on the date of publication.
3. Personal Data Protection: Participation in this promotion implies the participants' consent for their personal data to be processed by the Organizer for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with current legislation.

Other Provisions

1. Limitation of Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any errors in the provision of gifts due to reasons beyond its control.
2. Disputes: Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the promotion will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to and are obliged to comply with all provisions of these regulations.
